PERMANENT ACCOMMODATIONS
Olas Permanentes offers a different concept of surf tours. One of our surf camps is located at Playa El Espino in the department of Usulutan and we can provide you with tours made to your requirements.
In front of our Surf Camp you will find an uncrowded beach break, surrounded by a plantation of mangrove trees and a river mouth with a variety of wild animals. You can also view from the beach the impressive volcano of Chaparastique and many more!
A 30 minute boat trip will take you from El Espino to our world class right hand wave, Punta El Floral known as “Punta Mango”. In this direction we can find many uncrowned waves such as El Bongo, La Vaca, El Toro and many more.
Our second surf camp is located in El Zonte a very nice place to stay were the beach has two different types of waves and two different types of environments, so let’s start with the waves. At the beginning of El Zonte you will find a nice right hand point break with rock bottom and at the middle of this wave you will find a fast beach break section. This wave gets crowded at weekends but on the other side right next to this wave you will see a wave that breaks in front of a small river mouth, this wave breaks in the middle offering a right wave and a left wave, it´s a more powerful and fast wave it is less crowded. It´s a wave that has a challenge with the rocks but it´s worth it.
This beach has two different types of environment also, if you’re looking for some fun and parties you can visit the east part of El Zonte but if you’re looking for some tranquility and a relaxed mood place our Cabins are your best choice, even if you want to party at some point it just a few meters from our cabins.
Olas Permanentes also offers you tours and accommodations in La Libertad visiting World known wave Punta Roca, also you can surf Conchalio, El Cocal, San Blas, El Sunzal, El Zonte, Km. 59, Mizata and others. All these waves are right hand rock bottom waves. We have a couple of left hand waves in El Zonte, Mizata, La Bocana and San Blas.
Localism is not a great deal in our country if you respect locals and wait for your turn in wave catching. Surfers are friendly and willing to share on respect bases.
